Terje has 20 years experience of the prime West London Residential property market, he is actively involved in charity work and sits on the appeal board of "The Challenger Trust". Outside work Terje is a keen skier.

Julian is one of the founding owners of Farrar and has been working in agency for over 25 years in the Royal Borough. His knowledge of the area is extensive and his sales experience encompasses both the Flat and House Departments. Julian is a keen gardener.

Nick has worked in the property business for nearly a quarter of a century. As head of the flat sales department his depth of experience in the Royal Borough is an enormous asset to what is arguably the strongest and most seasoned sales team in Chelsea

Sarah has been with Farrar & Co for over a decade and is a dedicated member of the team. She knows the property market very well and has amassed a wealth of experience over the years in dealing with buyers and vendors alike. She is a great addition to the sales team and adds to our reputation of the best sales team in the Royal Borough.

James has enjoyed working in London's prime residential property market since leaving university in 2004. In this time he has built up a thorough knowledge of Kensington & Chelsea and the surrounding boroughs.

Richard, a qualified chartered surveyor, has experience in the residential and commercial property markets providing consultancy advice to companies and individuals for their property needs. He has worked in the City of London and in India before joining Farrar.

Tammy was the Lettings coordinator at Farrar since 2004 having previously gained extensive experience in the industry outside London. She has now moved over to the Sales office to carry out the Sales Coordinator role.

Ben manages House Sales at Farrar and has worked for 14 years in Central London estate agency. He joined Farrar in 2008 having gained extensive local experience in Chelsea & Belgravia. Ben has a degree in Architectural History and a post graduate diploma in Estate Management.

Lucy has been working with Farrar since 2004 in our House Department during which time she has built up extensive local knowledge and agency experience in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.

Lucinda has recently graduated from Oxford Brookes University. She has always had an interest in the property market and is enjoying working alongside the sales team.

Sarah is our Lettings Director who has been in the industry since 1997, 6 of which have been in the Royal Borough. Previously she worked for a large corporate company and now thrives on the opportunities created within a successful independent company.

Jodi has worked in lettings since 2001 and has been with Farrar Lettings for nearly 5 years, previously having gained her experience with a large corporate company.

James joined Farrar Lettings in 2005 and has several years experience in Chelsea Lettings. Having lived in SW London his whole life he has expert local knowledge.

Julia has been with Farrar Lettings since 1991 and has been an Associate Director for 15 of those years. As part of a busy role, Julia is responsible for negotiating renewal terms.

Richard joined Farrar in 2008 with previous lettings experience in Chelsea and the surrounding areas. Richard enjoys the diversity of the clientele and the local architecture.

Anna studied English Literature at Oxford Brookes University and has since been working in the French Alps managing a team of chalet hosts and drivers in Meribel. She is really enjoying her new role in Lettings.

Jay joined Farrar Lettings in 2006 having previously worked as a property manager in Cambridge. He has amassed several years experience in residential property and project management.

Anne joined Farrar Lettings in 2009 having previously worked in Property Management. Anne is South African born and has been in the UK since 2004.

Jonathan joined Farrar in mid 2007 to head up Farrar Property Management. He previously managed the Chelsea Harbour development and has extensive experience of managing properties in SW postcodes. Jonathan is a proud Director and Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) demonstrating his commitment to raising standards in our industry.

Joe joined Farrar Property Management nearly in 2007 and has over 10 years property management experience in the Kensington, Chelsea and Fulham areas.

Winner of the IRPM British Property Federation prize in 2010, Chris is a hands-on team leader/senior property manager with excellent communication skills. He has considerable experience of managing period properties right through to new build residential developments.

Ben Dobson joined Farrar Property Management in May 2011. He relocated from Brighton where he amassed ten years Property Management experience in a varied portfolio covering the South East, including London. He is an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management and is currently studying towards his Part II examinations.

Samantha has been working in the industry for nearly a decade and has experience in both commercial and residential property management as well residential client accounting. She has predominately managed buildings in the City and West end.

Educated in Sweden, Annika and has worked in property for around 14 years in London and the Far East. Annika joined Farrar in 2006.

Laurence joined Farrar in 2008 as Property Manager. He previously worked for the Chelsea Harbour development and other prestigious new-build developments. Laurence successfully passed his IRPM exams to become a full Member.

Angelique joined Farrar Property Management in August 2008 and has 5 years experience in the block management sector. She sat the IRPM Part II examinations in 2011 and passed with flying colours.

Catherine has worked within the property sector for over 5 years. She recently qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM). She has amassed considerable block management experience and has been responsible for managing prestigious apartment buildings in Canary Wharf.

Stuart joined Farrar & Co in 2008, now Group Head of Accounts. He is currently in the final stages of becoming a fully qualified Chartered Management Accountant.

Melissa recently joined Farrar as an assistant accountant within the Property Management department. She has worked within the property industry since graduating from the University of Bristol in 2009 and is in the process of beginning to study towards her CIMA qualification.

Mathini is part qualified CIMA and joined Farrar Property Management in 2005 as a Client accountant, having previously worked for an accountancy & audit firm.

Rohan joined the Farrar Group in 2006 and is presently working as client accountant in property management.

Jean joined Farrar in Oct 09 having previously worked for 11 years in the accounts department of a construction company based in South West London.
